Okanna is an Oklahoma professional services firm focused on regulatory filing, compliance advisory, and tax matters for cannabis operators. Services are performed by independent licensed professionals — including attorneys, certified public accountants, and compliance specialists — engaged by Okanna under written contract, and coordinated through Okanna's internal filing management system.

Content on this site is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal advice, tax advice, or professional guidance, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a licensed professional retained for your specific circumstances.

No attorney-client relationship is created by your use of this site, by your submission of an intake or contact form, or by any pre-engagement communication with Okanna personnel.

Services from Okanna are delivered under a written engagement letter or services agreement between you and the licensed individual professional assigned to your matter. That agreement, not these terms, governs the scope, fees, deliverables, and professional obligations of any engagement.

The attorney-client relationship — and, where applicable, accountant-client privilege, work product protection, and analogous professional confidentiality — exists between you and the individual licensed professional. Okanna is not a law firm and does not itself form attorney-client relationships with users.

Licensed professionals delivering services through Okanna exercise independent professional judgment in accordance with the rules of professional conduct applicable to their license. Okanna does not direct, control, or interfere with the professional judgment of any attorney or CPA serving a client matter.

This site and the services offered through it are intended for licensed cannabis operators in Oklahoma and their authorized representatives. By submitting information through the site, you represent that you are an authorized representative of the entity on whose behalf you are inquiring.

You agree to provide accurate information. You agree not to use this site to transmit unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access to systems, or misrepresent your identity or business status.

All content on this site — including copy, design, and structure — is the property of Okanna and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used to train machine learning models without written permission. The Pliantic Filing Manager system and all Okanna methodologies are proprietary.

Information you submit through this site and share with Okanna personnel is treated as confidential by Okanna and by every licensed professional and staff member with access to it. Confidentiality obligations bind all Okanna personnel by written agreement, in addition to any duties imposed by professional licensure on the licensed professionals serving you.

This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any specific outcome will result from any engagement. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The licensed professional serving you provides their own professional warranties and obligations under their engagement letter and applicable professional rules; nothing here modifies those.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Okanna and its officers, members, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site. Okanna's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

This limitation applies to use of the site and to administrative and coordination services provided by Okanna. It does not limit and does not purport to limit the professional liability of the individual licensed professional who serves you, which is governed by your engagement letter with that professional and by applicable professional rules and malpractice law.

Cannabis remains a controlled substance under the Controlled Substances Act as of the date these terms were last updated. Federal scheduling and regulatory posture toward cannabis are subject to change. Nothing on this site constitutes a guarantee regarding the outcome of any regulatory application or the interpretation of federal law. Regulatory obligations are your responsibility, addressed through the licensed professional engaged to advise you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Disputes arising from use of this site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Disputes arising from an engagement with a licensed professional are governed by your engagement letter with that professional.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects when changes were last made.
