What we actually do.

We don't sell packages. We scope the engagement at discovery and we do the work. Here's the shape of the work.

The shape of the work.

Federal filing support.

The § 1301.13(k) registration is more form than people expect and less than counsel sometimes implies. We assemble the documents, surface the questions that need legal review before submission, and file with you — not at you.

Project management.

State renewals, the federal application, banking conversations, and tax-year transitions are all trying to happen in the same six months. We keep the calendar honest and the threads connected so nothing gets dropped between specialists.

In-house counsel.

Cannabis counsel inside the firm — for the Section 4 disclosure narrative, the entity questions, the regulatory interpretations that need a lawyer's name on them. Engaged through OKanna; no separate hiring round.

Tax advisory.

The 2026 return is the first 280E-relief return for state-licensed medical operators. We work out the posture before the year closes, not after. Our tax practice is in-house; we work with your CPA, not around them.

And whatever discovery turns up.

Cannabis advisory in May 2026 is a moving target. If the work needed sits adjacent to the work above and we can do it well, we will. If we can't, we'll tell you who can.

How we work.

01

Discovery.

Thirty minutes, no charge, no commitment. We figure out what's actually in front of you and whether we're the right firm to help.

02

Scope.

A written engagement summary — what we'll do, what it costs, what we'll need from you. You sign, or you don't.

03

Engagement.

We do the work. You hear from us at each milestone, not at the end of the engagement. When it's done, you have the artifacts and we've handed back cleanly.

Discovery is a conversation, not a commitment. Start one.
